Proposed Neighborhood Stabilization Program Application
View the North Miami Beach Neighborhood Stabilization Program Grant Application to the U.S. Dept. of Housing and Urban Development for $11,500,000 of funding to purchase vacant and foreclosed-upon residential properties, and make them available with down payment and closing cost assistance to low and moderate income home buyers who qualify for assistance.
